This is a great campground for long time campers. It's quiet and well kept. Close to all the local fishing spots. About a mile from Angelina River and 5 miles from Lake Sam Rayburn. Also, Jasper is about a 15 minute drive out if you need any supplies.
The park appears to be well maintained and the staff are friendly. The sites are mostly pull through with 30 and 50 amp service, water and sewer hook ups. They also allow you to stop there and dump for a reasonable fee.
Friendly staff. Very clean park. Definitely recommend this place.
There was nothing to like about it. The manager is a noisy busybody that goes around talking about all the other campers to anybody that would listen.Spaces are to close together and rv's are facing each other and there is no shade at all. We left because of the manager's bad additude. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there.
The manager was very friendly and helpful. This park is well maintained and very reasonably priced. I will stay here again on my next vacation.
