had my oil change today, my dad asked them to rotate the tires, which it part of the service,. it wasn't done. My dad to it back an few hours later and the service guy was very hostile. I guess this is a texas thing cause the dealerships in California do not act like this. The sad part is I leave to Cali in a couple of weeks and am very insecure that my car will make it without any problems.
Went in to fix low oil pressure light and oil spraying out of my truck from an oil change that was done in the Houston Area. The Jasper Ford service department was friendly and got me back on the road in about an hour. Great Job!!!
