Kustom Construction & ROOFING has always had a great home town experience at the Jasper, Tx. Lowes store with knowledgeable associates and prompt service. I would like to take the time to specifically mention Richard ''Rick" McMasters (Pro Sales/Lumber) always going out of his way to educate, assisist and create a great shopping experience for whatever project you may have going on. I personally and specifically send folks into Lowes with confidence "Ask for Rick he will take care of you''!
Cons: Apathetic employees, high prices.

After over 10 successful years with Lowe's; I was told, as part of approximately 12,000 other (about 12 per store) "Department Managers", we were no longer affordable. They simply forced down the tasks/projects to lower level associates... And created (3 or 4 depending on the Store's volume) Super Managers (yet ultimately just as ineffectual) hourly employees... No true authority or decision-making capabilities: Accountability for doing a days work for a days pay, is nonexistent.

I've developed a friendly relationship with several of the employees; However, Lowe's has decided that customer service is antiquated.... Just try to get "Help" and you'll see exactly what I mean.
There are some others I'd like to specifically mention for their great customer service Nancy Clark, Kimberly Buckmaster, Robert Stringer, Jennifer Earp last but not least the store manager Mr.Berry! You guys really strive for customer satisfaction and genuine customer service.
een shopinh at this store for years. Went to change my breaker l bought couldnt find reciept. I only eanted to exchange. I didnt want a refund ormoneu back for anything. No rxchange. The cashier was visit ery rude. I paid cash for this breaker along with several item l had purchased in a couple months time. Ive lived here and shopped there all my life. Never again. Rude and they are losing cash paying customers. All l wanted was the breaker l needed. Now l cant use my stove thanks to Lowes not know what customer service is.

Not impressed overall. The only department that seems attentive or helpful is the tool section; You will probably be ignored everywhere else. Prices on almost anything are higher than nearby alternatives. Constantly understaffed on the front end. I only shop here for products that are not available anywhere else.
