Worst customer service EVER! A friend and I stayed at this hotel. Her son came to visit during our stay. I ran to the store and they went swimming. While they were swimming the evening desk crew came out to question who they were and were told they needed to leave the pool. I was outraged when I found out. Went to the front desk to ask what the problem was and was told that I had to register all visitors at the front desk. They were rude and inconsiderate!!! Do not ever stay here! This place is a dump to begin with!!!!
Front desk clerk was super nice...room smelled..ac didnt cool very well bathroom floor was wet carpet needs vaccumed better and room to be searched for trash..beds were clean and comfy
Very disappointing for the price. Internet did not work most of the time and when it did was extremely slow. Holes in walls and ceiling. Everything looked 30 or 40 years old and barely worked. Scratchy towels. Poor condition furniture. The cheapest soap, shampoo, coffee, etc. Noisy air conditioner in bathroom that is automatically on whenever the light is on. The place was $80 a night but felt like a $40 per night motel. The only real consolation was the staff who did the best they could under the circumstances.
Clean rooms, comfortable beds and hot water. Couldn't ask for more right now!
Housekeeping staff took food and other belongings from the room and we haven't checked out or mentioned checking out. Threatening guest with calling law because of dirty rooms and outright displeasing to so business with.
