I called the plumber and he was very unprofessional saying I didn't ask for the drains to be changed so they weren't and they would come back and change them for more money! He said we should have asked. Not sure what part of wanting or sinks and tubs changed out wasn't clear!?! Why would I want all new hardware and still have a broken drain which is the reason we were changing everything out in the first place! They did terrible work and have terrible customer service!!!! I wouldn't even give one star if I had the choice, but you have to mark one to review!
That day a check was written for $751. On my next visit to the lake home, I notice the drain in the master was changed, but the hall bathtub still had a broken drain!!! The total these people had been paid was $1051 with me providing all sink hardware for 3 sinks (2 bath and 1 kitchen) and them providing hardware for two tubs.
When they came back out, they still had the wrong hardware THEY purchased and had to go back to a hardware store to get the "correct" hardware. They came back changed the tubs and tightening and secured the kitchen sink they left hanging after my husband pointed it out!
Horrible experience!!! Hired this plumbing company to change our hardware in our sinks and tubs of our lake home. I purchased all of the hardware. When the plumber called and spoke to my husband he said he could not use the brand of hardware we purchased. I returned all hardware to Lowes and purchased the brand HE claimed he needed. They came out and changed the sinks and told my husband the tub hardware we purchased wouldn't work either and they'd have to order the correct hardware needed for the job. We paid them $300 labor that day for changing out 3 sinks. My next visit to the lake home I went to turn on the kitchen faucet and the entire thing almost fell off! It was barely hanging! We hadn't heard back from them regarding the tub hardware they were supposed to order and come back to change after 3 weeks! My husband had to call and remind them and they still hadn't even ordered the tub hardware.
