My parents tried to use Ben Hancock when looking to move to Jasper, when they went to go meet him at the house at the time agreed appoint they called him him and found out that not only was he not going to be able to show the house but that he didn't even call to try and set it up to be shown and didn't seem like he was saw a need to inform them. So later their new realtor was going to show us one of his houses, once again he did not call to set up the showing, only to be met at the door by a vary upset women... and this was crazy to our realtor that he runs his business like this.
Few years ago my husband came to this office for listing our house, during the conversation the broker stated he can sell our house in the afternoon. Well, in this slow moving market that was a joke unless the broker can buy from you for nothing at the bottom and flip the house for a huge profit otherwise he showed you the door and being ugly with his two splitting snake tongues. I wish all the people deal with this broker have good luck because whatever he helps and cares just only himself and careless if he can damage anybody.
