I called to see about getting a radiator replaced. I'm patient, so as I'm asking a few questions regarding price and how soon I can get the job done I end up spending almost 10 minutes on the phone with the business. It wasn't 10 minutes of conversation, but 10 minutes in silence waiting on an approximate cost. When I was advised that replacing the radiator, not including the cost of the radiator, was going to be $500, I mentioned I'd have to save up a little some money. And right then the guy hung up on me. I'll never go here for assistance with vehicle issues, very pricey and horrendous customer service.
