This place is a little too pricing for me. Of course having a newer vehicle It was recommended that I use synthetic oil. This place or any other one for that matter should not charge $80.00 for an oil change. Yes, I got a free car wash first spending that amount, but that's all it was....I had to vacuum and clean the inside myself. Too High priced
My sister was lied to and told her rear seal was leaking and she needed expensive oil and filters when all she had was a water leak. She saw them try to do this to an old lady, too, but it didn’t work on her.
Service is really good, but I don't like the upselling. They aren't bad, I say no and they appreciate that and don't bother me. I know the company wants to sell several worthless services so the have to..... The guys that work there are GREAT! No issues with them at all. Will continue to go for services as needed.
I drove my daughter's car through the carwash last summer. The track on the carwash bent the rim on the front drivers side. The workers then took a screwdriver and tried to fix it ultimately making it worse. The manager from Lufkin promised to pay for a new rim. A year later all he has done is make excuses. I am considering legal action as their security camera footage clearly shows they are in the wrong.
