I Absolutely loved the staff and the Doctor, I was a new patient and was in the waiting room maybe five minutes, staff was very polite. Dr. Pearson was excellent, he asked questions even about how my injury happened, asked if I was still in pain and prescribed everything I needed, even told me step by step directions on how to get to Accu Care after the visit. He was very organized and I had a Great experience.
Very very very disappointed in this doctor and his staff! I brought my 12 year old daughter in for back pain because of mild scoliosis and the doctor basically played it off and told her that she had been "misinformed" and it was due to bad posture. He prescribed her ibuprofen and took her out of PE for two weeks, follow up in two weeks. I took her back for a follow up and told him she was still in excruciating pain and he wanted to suggest the same plan!! I suggested physical therapy or chiropractor, he wrote a script for PT. I brought her to a PT evaluation and after her evaluation was told they had to send it to her doctor who would then have to submit it to Medicaid. Here we are a MONTH later and the PT office informed me yesterday that Dr. Pearson's office still has not even submitted the PT to Medicaid!!!!!
